November 2020 - still going

Abandoned Sardinia

01

‘'Abandoned Sardinia '' is more than a project, it is the answer to my desire for adventure and to discover remote and fascinating places.
Imagine yourself at 19, with a mind that doesn't stop even when you sleep, with the ability to decide your path and path in life.
I am exactly in this situation, during the week I study to become a good doctor and at the weekend instead I leave the four walls of the house or the university, I get on my bike and leave, alone or in company, to discover the world.
As I have already said in the post where I introduce myself, during the quarantine, while I was stuck in the room between the atlases and the anatomy books, I dreamed of escaping, of going to learn more about the history of my land and maybe tomorrow, make it known to the world, as I know how to do, through photos, videos and this subspecies of failed blog.

After visiting the most known and loved places by tourists, I decided to change course and head towards something that is unknown to most. And so this project of mine was born, which will take me to visit the most remote and abandoned places in Sardinia, I will take you with me among abandoned bunkers and ghost towns.
